Our naturally lit classrooms and well equipped pottery, jewelry, and multi-purpose studios are comfortable and inspiring.
The Ceramics Studio
Workspace for 15 ceramicists with 10 electric wheels, slab roller, electric kilns, and plenty of hand tools. Five worktables are available for handbuilding. Kilns fire to cone 6.
The Ebendorf Metals Studio
Easily accommodates 12 artists with individual flexible shafts at each jewelers’ bench. The studio is well-appointed with a hydraulic press, kilns, Smith torches, Durston rolling mill and guillotine shear, buffing station, anvils, hammers and raising equipment.
The Smith Digital Fabrication Lab & Woodworking studio
Multi-media maker space and woodshop equipped with a Shopbot CNC Rounter, a Trotec Speedy 1000 Laser Cutter, three 3-D printers, 4 desktop computers, a Vinyl Plotter and traditional woodworking tools.
