You’ve seen them, right? The big porch rockers, sad, with no seat? Learn the basics of weaving the New England Porch Weave on a stool. At the least, you will have a gorgeous natural material (reed) stool and a new skill. If you’re adventurous, you can become a chair nerd and start saving sad chairs and restore them to their former glory!



All of our online workshops are recorded and, with purchase of the seat in the class, you have access to the recording(s) between workshop sessions as well as for 45 days after the workshop ends.

Sue Muldoon

Sue Muldoon divides her time between 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional work with photography, web design, and graphic design as well as seatweaving (chair caning, wicker repair, rush, splint, etc.) and basket weaving.
