Put a Lid On It!

In this workshop, participants will learn to fabricate small metal containers with tension-fitted lids. Will you make a pillbox, poison ring, or treasure box? The choice is yours! Techniques covered will include die forming with a hydraulic press, scoring and bending, larger-scale soldering, tension-fit lid construction, and hollow construction.

A Facebook group will be created for this workshop.

All of our online workshops are recorded and, with purchase of the seat in the class, you have access to the recording(s) between workshop sessions as well as for 45 days after the workshop ends.

Lynette Andreasen

Lynette lives in the beautiful desert of Tucson, Arizona. Lynette earned both a Bachelors and Masters Degree of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing, and has over 15 years of teaching experience, mostly at the college level.
