In this class students will learn the process of designing a character portrait and transferring their images to enamel. We will utilize opaque vitreous enamel to wet pack designs exactly as intended, adding secondary layers for added shading and depth. Finally, characters will come to life with line work, utilizing etching, graphite, and highlighting.

Basic fusing knowledge and/or experience with some kiln or torch fired enameling recommended for this workshop.

All of our online workshops are recorded and, with purchase of the seat in the class, students have access to the recording(s) between workshop sessions as well as for 60 days after the workshop ends.
