Botanical Serving Pieces

June 13 & 20, 2024 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm View in Your Timezone
Let’s learn how to make serving dishes of all shapes and sizes, including sectioned pieces, using a fun and intuitive pinching process. Then, working on pieces prepped in advance, Christina will show students how to scrape and refine these forms at the leather hard stage to create a smooth surface for decorating. In our second class, we’ll get inspired by nature as she shows how to use colored slips and wax resist to create botanical imagery on our serving pieces.
All of our online workshops are recorded and, with purchase of the seat in the class, you have access to the recording(s) between workshop sessions as well as for 45 days after the workshop ends.
