Have you ever wanted to create your own sheet metal by combining different metals? Are filing and sanding some of your favorite techniques? If so, then this workshop is for you! Learn how to add color into your work through the process of solder inlay and marriage of metals. In this demonstration based workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of these techniques using sterling silver, nickel silver, and copper. In addition, finishing techniques will be discussed.




All of our online workshops are recorded and, with purchase of the seat in the class, you have access to the recording(s) between workshop sessions as well as for 45 days after the workshop ends.

Lydia Martin is a contemporary jeweler living and teaching in Little Rock, AR. Her work, built upon the foundations of technical skill, is an exploration of surface, process, and materiality.
