Vania Ruiz is a Chilean architect and jewelry designer-maker based in Viña del Mar, Chile. She founded her brand CasaKiro in 2010, while also developing her jewelry artwork. Resin has always been a characteristic material in her work developing several techniques with it.
She has presented her work in several countries across South America, Europe and the US, being invited to MAD About Jewelry 2019 (NY MAD Museum) and SCAD Museum in 2021. She has been awarded First Prize at the Latin-American Biennial of Contemporary Jewelry in Buenos Aires 2018 and 2021. This is her second online workshop at Pocosin Arts School as an instructor.
