Mindy Herrin-Lewis

Mindy Herrin-Lewis received her BFA in studio art from Texas Tech University 1998 and her MFA from Indiana University 2002. She moved to Johnson City in 2003 to teach jewelry design and metalsmithing at East Tennessee State University. As a professor, Mindy teaches all levels of metalsmithing courses as well as Anatomical Figure Sculpture, Figure Drawing, and 3-D Design. She has a national exhibition record and was chosen for the Art Jewelry Forum’s Emerging Artist 2002.
