Larissa is an artist and designer, born in Riverdale, GA, and raised in the Triad of North Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has experience designing textiles for the home industry. She is also the founder of RissaLaRue Co., a home décor brand founded in 2019. Currently, she resides in Savannah, GA working towards completing her MFA in Fibers from Savannah College of Art and Design.
