Adrien Segel

Based in Oakland, California, artist Adrien Segal embraces elements of scientific rationality and human emotion to create forms that echo landscapes of the inner and outer world. She has been awarded numerous artist residencies, was the US-UK Fulbright Scholar at the University of Dundee in 2022, and is currently the SETI Institute’s Planetary Futures Resident Artist. Adrien’s teaching experience includes California College of the Arts, Penland (NC), Anderson Ranch (CO), and Benchspace (UK).
