Host your next special event—whether it's a wedding, baby shower, graduation party, or anything in between—at the historic Riverview building! As its name suggests, this historic venue offers stunning views of the Scuppernong River and provides a charming, picturesque setting for any occasion. It features a fully equipped catering kitchen, and you'll have access to up to ten 30” x 72” tables, six 5 feet round tables, and thirty chairs, all set up to your exact specifications. Plus, there's a large smart TV for presentations or entertainment. Additional equipment like audio-visual gear, easels, and more can be arranged when you work with Pocosin to customize your event.

Rates

Policies

Deposit and Payment:
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due when you arrive. If you need to cancel, we’ll refund your deposit minus a $25 administrative fee, as long as the cancellation is made at least 30 days before your event. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled stay will result in forfeiting the deposit.

Cancellation by Pocosin Arts:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., flood, earthquake, hurricane), any payments made will be fully refunded or credited toward another event of your choice, to be rescheduled within the next two years.

Alcohol:
The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the premises. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of their guests and agrees to be held liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur as a result of alcohol consumption. The Renter shall indemnify and hold the property owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from such damages.
