Join us for an evening under the stars to view and bid on over 100 handcrafted works of art in our silent and live auctions. Enjoy a delicious dinner with live music from the Alligator String Band.

This year’s table centerpieces are created by Resident Artist, Gabrielle Grace Graber. These locally inspired works and will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Limited edition, collectable auction tumblers are the creation of Outer Banks local artist and designer Lea Griggs.

Contributions made to Pocosin Arts’ 2018 Benefit Auction Scholarship Fund will help support scholarships for youth and adults. These scholarships allow countless students to participate in the workshops, classes and weekly programs at Pocosin Arts.

Featured Artist, Fritz Kapraun, creates beautiful, fluid watercolors. He is a contributing illustrator for This Old House, Southern Living, and Coastal Living Magazines.  His auction paintings are inspired by local landmarks in Columbia and Edenton, North Carolina.

Auction Sponsorship Levels

Following are three top reasons to Sponsor a Table at our event.

  1. We deliver year-round youth programs, provide scholarships to students in need and collaborate to run STEAM (science, technology, art & math) programs for local schools
  2. We have year-round adult programs, including fifty, 2-5 day workshops in a variety of media along with weekly community classes in painting, pottery and jewelry making.
  3. Beginning in August, we will open our new Digital Fabrication Studio with planned community access, including instruction and use of 3-D printers, CNC router, laser cutter, sewing machines, and vinyl cutter.

We guarantee that you and your friends will have a great time at the auction supporting our cause.
