New! Crafted Convos

To give back to our online community, we are offering a space for artists and craftspeople to meet up virtually on the first Friday of each month. This is a great time to get feedback on projects you’ve been working on, share ideas, ask technical questions, keep in touch with other artist friends, learn new things, or be inspired by one another.
Participants are encouraged to bring something to work on, something for critique, or just an open mind to come hang out for a little bit! If you would like to share a piece that you’re working on please, make sure your lighting is sufficient to show us on Zoom, or be prepared to share a photo of your piece. There is no formal learning or structure to these events.
Dates
December 5, 5:30-6:30 pm ET
Artists in any and all media are encouraged to join us for a fun hour of creative conversation. To keep things fresh and engaging, we will feature a rotating series of hosts, including online workshop instructors, resident artists, and more!”
Fall Special Session

There’s still time to sign up for our last in-person workshops of the year! Fall Special Session runs September 26-28. Enjoy cooler temps, changing leaves and creative classes. Make a magical tea set, take a deep dive into painting and drawing in enamel or create a winged creature from non-traditional materials.
Self-Directed Residency

Applications are open for our Self-Directed Residency! This opportunity is designed for artists seeking uninterrupted studio time in our state-of-the-art facilities. Residents propose a project within a primary studio area—ceramics, metalsmithing, or woodworking. Additionally, there is a mixed media space available for a variety of other projects such as textiles, book arts, collage, and/or paper arts.
Open to artists at any stage in their career, this residency is ideal for those who can work independently and safely with the studio equipment. Whether focusing on personal exploration or collaborative projects, participants can tailor their residency from one week to a full month. Collaborative residencies should be submitted as a single application.
